Hi,
My name is Sam and I am the Branch Manager at BFL Moreton. I have worked for Bradshaw Farnham and Lea for nearly 10years but I have been working as an Estate Agent for nearly 20years now. I love my job!
I enjoy meeting new clients, sitting and chatting and getting to know them and spending time to make sure that moving is the right decision and finding out exactly what they are looking for so we can find them their dream home. I am really passionate about the work that I do and ensure my whole team put the customers first! I couldn’t imagine doing any other job I love handing over keys on completions and seeing how happy the client is and that we have been a big part of that!
On top of valuing and negotiating sales, I also love the managerial role and compiling figures and looking at market trends! My friends call me ‘spreadsheet sam’ 😊
Things You Don’t Know About Me
1 – I have two children age 6 and 3 and they are my world! I love spending my time off with them.
2 – I love being outdoors from bike riding, running, walks in the park I love the fresh air…
3 – I am a really positive person and can generally find a solution to most issues once I have had a few minutes to sit back and work through the options
4 – When I was twenty, I fell off a horse and broke my back

Abbie – Sales Negotiator
Hey, my name is Abbie, I have worked for BFL for the last 10 months as a full-time sales negotiator! My role varies from arranging viewings, accompanying viewings, keeping in contact with potential buyers and looking after our vendors.
I really love my job; no two days are ever the same and I am always facing new challenges which keeps my job exciting. I believe purchasing a property is an important part of someone’s life and I love being a part of that journey. I work with a great team who really help and support one another when needed and there is no other estate agent I would want to work for.
Things you never knew about me
1 - I am 21 years old; I live at home with my parents, my sister, my dog Ollie and cat Molly. I am one of 5 siblings, so as you can imagine Christmas can be very expensive.
2 - I really enjoy going to the gym. I started going over a year ago to get fit and have never looked back. I go 5 times a week after work. However, I do love a good Chinese on a Saturday night.
3 - I have an orange Toyota Aygo which I absolutely love. You can spot me coming from a mile away. However, I am so dozy and still manage to lose it in Asda car park.
4 - I love to have a wind down on a weekend with my friends. I believe a takeaway; a bottle of wine and a girly gossip can take all of your problems away.
5 - Food is my favourite thing; I love trying new foods and going to different restaurants. My favourite food is sausage, mash, gravy and a Yorkshire pudding. My least favourite food is egg, I don’t understand why everyone loves it so much. It’s the worst.
6 - I absolutely love travelling and visiting different countries. I believe it is something everyone should do and experience at some point in their life. This year I have been to Pennsylvania, New York, Ibiza and I’m planning a trip to Amsterdam for the end of the year.
Jessica Simpson– Sales Negotiator
Heyyyyy I’m Jessica and I have been working for Bradshaw Farnham and Lea for over 2 years now, starting as a Saturdays viewing clerk to now a full-time negotiator. I have a mixture of roles, from booking viewings to accompanying the viewings, listing the properties on the market and last but not least finding prospective buyers their forever home and securing great offers for my vendors!!
Finding the perfect home is the biggest investment you will ever make and I love being a part of the experience! I love the fact that no two days are ever the same and in this industry anything is possible! I have always been very attracted to the property market and my role is definitely a job I don’t take for granted!
Things You Don’t Know About Me
1 – I have a little boy called Logan, he is 6 and he thinks Mum selling houses is really cool!!!!
2 – Sports has become a new found love, I love going for runs and I am a part of a netball team, we play every week!! I have realised that I am a very competitive person – I want to always be the best!!! I mean who doesn’t???
3 – I am very outgoing! Life is too short to sit in!! I love going to new places and exploring new foods. I am very open minded I’ll give anything a whirl!
4 – I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and I totally believe what goes around comes back around!!! In this industry, everything turns out for the best. Honestly, everything is meant to be.
5 – Virgo’s are positively known to be Intelligent, practical, modest, analytical and Reliable – all traits I see within me. I love having my birthday on the August bank holiday weekend and its tradition every year to spend to it out of the country!! I hate fuss and I love the sun!!! There is no better feeling than sitting in 30-degree heat with a classic margarita on ya birthday!!!
Julie – Viewer/Admin
Hi, my name is Julie and I am an Accompanied Viewer at BFL Moreton branch. I have been working here since January 2018. When I am not doing viewings, I am in branch doing Admin work. I enjoy my job as I get to see some lovely properties and meet a variety of people.

1 - I am married and have just celebrated our 18th Anniversary.
2 - I have two children, two boys aged 16 and 12.
3 - I love Ireland and would buy a property there if I won the lottery.
4 - I enjoy walking and have a dog; he is a crossbreed (beagle/foxhound)

Louise – Sales Progressor
Hi, my name is Louise, I started working for BFL back in 2015 as their Sales progressor where my main role is to help clients after their offer is accepted and haven’t looked back since.
I feel starting in this role has enabled me to enhance the level of service given to our clients through helping them get to move day, I didn’t feel I had this working with other agents and therefore have gained a better understanding and knowledge of selling a house.
Every day I face new challenges and enjoy making it my duty to resolve these for our clients to take the stress away from them.
Things you don’t know about me
1 - I moved from Leicestershire to Liverpool back in 2007 to study Real estate management and would say this is home
2 - I met my boyfriend of 10 years during University and bought my first home back in 2013, I love the people the places and have supported LFC since meeting my close friend Sarah in halls of residence
3 - I didn’t use to like Gin and Tonic at all but have found that I love it after exploring new Gin’s and flavoured tonics
4 - I have a wide taste in music from Acoustic to hip hop and like to go to music festivals
5 - I love to travel and explore new foods and places, I will try anything once
6 - I went to Barbados for my 30th last year and conquered my fear of swimming in the sea by snorkelling – I have to say I felt safer with a Rum punch on board
7 - I have eaten a variety of food including Ostridge, Octopus and won’t be trying Pigeon again
8 - I am a positive person that will laugh and get on with anyone, although Taurus by nature I can be stubborn
