Ben has been a part of the property industry since 2007, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge from both the UK and international markets. With a strong background in sales and investment, Ben is passionate about helping clients move on to the next chapter of their lives—whether that’s achieving the best possible sale price or guiding buyers through a smooth, stress-free purchase. Outside of the office, Ben enjoys keeping active by going to the gym and taking long countryside walks. He’s also a keen traveller who loves exploring new places, cultures, and cuisines.

Jacqui has worked at BFL since August 2023, initially as a Sales Negotiator, and now the Assistant Manager of our Prenton branch. She has previously worked in law and then as a Senior Recruitment Consultant for the legal sector. With 20 years’ sales and marketing experience, she now thoroughly enjoys working in the property industry. A particular highlight for her was appearing on Homes under the Hammer representing BFL. In her spare-time she likes to attend concerts, spend time with her family and travel when possible.

Lloyd began his journey in the property industry last year and has been passionate about learning the ins and outs of estate agency ever since. As a Sales Negotiator, his favourite part of the role is helping buyers and vendors find their perfect forever home—something he finds incredibly rewarding. Outside of work, Lloyd runs his own face-to-face and online personal training business, living and promoting a healthy lifestyle all year round. He also has a deep love for dance music and enjoys travelling the world to discover new sounds and music scenes.

With over two years of experience in the property industry, Oliver brings both enthusiasm and insight to his role as a Sales Negotiator. He has a genuine interest in the variety of property styles and how they connect to the business side of the market. Oliver’s favourite part of the job is building strong relationships with both buyers and vendors, ensuring they receive the best possible service throughout their journey. Outside of work, he enjoys keeping active at the gym and spending time outdoors with his girlfriend.
